The OE Rifle Club (OERC) encourages OEs to further their marksmanship skills and enjoy many lively social occasions.
Competing at national and county level, the OERC offers opportunities for everyone to compete – from beginners to advanced shooters. Practices and team shoots are scheduled every two weeks during the season, which runs from March to the end of July.
The highlight of the calendar is the Imperial Meeting in July, commencing with the Ashburton Veterans and culminating ten days later with the final of the Queen’s prize.
Many OERC members regularly represent GB, England or Scotland in the Olympics and Commonwealth Games and are always happy to assist others with international-level coaching. For more information contact the OE Club

The 50 Club
The 50 Club was founded in 2013-14 with the intention of raising funds to help support pupils in the Target Rifle Shooting squad at Epsom College.
Members of the Club make an annual standing order donation of £50 with 50% of donations going towards shooting equipment for that year. Each member’s name then goes into a prize draw, which takes place at the Ashburton Dinner in June and the remaining 50% of the donations is divided between four winners.
For more details about becoming a member of the 50 Club, please contact the OE team.
Special thanks go to Peter Dodd (Rosebery 1943-47) and Andrew Lothian (Forest 1969-74) who started this initiative.
