Putney High School had a delayed journey and rushed their warm up due to necessity. Epsom capitalised and took a dominating lead, secure in defence and strong in attack, leading to a comfortable first set win 25-10.
Epsom were able to rest key players in the second set and still give a strong performance. Putney did come back, but Epsom were calm under pressure, particularly setters Chloe Poon (Wh) and Jeannie Neth (Cr), to win 25 – 20.
A good team performance to finish the indoor season having won every game.
