In February, Epsom College Chapel Choir sang Choral Evensong in the magnificent setting of St Albans Cathedral in Hertfordshire.
Prior to Evensong, a number of OEs and choristers’ parents enjoyed a guided tour of the Cathedral, followed by a cream tea in the Cathedral’s café, organised by the Education Trust and OE Club.
During Evensong, the 50-strong Chapel Choir sang a varied programme of liturgical music which included Howells’ Evening Service Collegium Regale alongside Stanford’s setting of the opening of Psalm 119, Beati Quorum Via Est.
