Epsom’s 2nd V produced an outstanding performance to defeat Dulwich College’s top squash players 4-1. Ollie King (Rn) and Brandon James (F) both dominated their matches, winning each game by a convincing margin.
Lewis Price (F) faced a strong Dulwich 5th seed and lost 0-3.
Aadham Ahmad (F) won an epic and extremely close five-game match at third seed, with a scoreline of 8-11, 11-8, 12-20, 6-11, 11-9.
The first seed match was even more exciting, with Alex Ukrasin (H) making the comeback of the season and providing some splendid entertainment for the spectators. After losing the first two games, Alex saved two match points in the third game, won the fourth game 16-14 (saving another two match points in the process), before taking the fifth game 11-0.
Alex is rightfully the player of the match.
