Last weekend there were runs galore for many Epsom batters:
- Tom Hooke (Year 7, Hutchison) 83 not out for the U12As vs King’s College, Wimbledon in their Quarter-Final victory in the Jubilee Cup
- Tom Palmer (Year 8, Hutchison) 74 for the U13As

On Thursday, Epsom hosted the ESCA T20 U15 County Finals day.
The final was contested between Epsom and Whitgift, after both teams won their semi-final matches in the morning. Whitgift had beaten Trinity, and Epsom defeated Cranleigh, with 81 for Alfie Haxton (Year 10, Fayrer) the key performance.
Sadly, in the final Epsom were unable to chase down Whitgift’s total, having restricted them to 119, and eventually lost by just six runs.
The Lower School Girls Cricket teams won four out of their five matches against City of London Freemen’s School this week.
12 senior sides played some excellent Mixed Doubles Tennis against Wellington College at the weekend, with the U15A, U15C and U14A pairs all performing superbly. Midweek, two U15 boys pairs took part in the Eton Pairs competition and came home as runners-up in the Plate.
Ronnie Hickling (Year 10, Carr) and Luca Rushton (Year 10, Carr), and Blake Cannon (Year 10, Carr) and Darius Gordon-Pullar (Year 10, Granville) performed superbly against Cup finalists Bradfield and enjoyed some good wins, but lost out in the Plate Final to a talented Dulwich team – nevertheless good practice for the ISTA Championships at Eton at the end of term.
