Staying at Marchants Hill, a 45-acre site with over 20 activities on offer, our new Year 7 pupils enjoyed everything from abseiling, raft-building, fencing, climbing and orienteering, in a bonding trip to remember.
Briony Lee, Head of Third Form, said:
“The enthusiasm of the pupils on this trip was infectious! There was much excitement in anticipation of the trip and everyone arrived at the centre eager to get stuck into the exciting range of activities on offer. Whatever the challenge, the pupils all demonstrated great confidence and resilience and the centre staff commented on the excellent behaviour and impeccable manners of our pupils. As staff we enjoyed the opportunity to build relationships with the Third Form outside of the school environment and it was lovely to see friendships develop and bonds strengthen during the trip.”
