In Design Technology, the Third Form have thoroughly enjoyed making marble maze puzzles.
“I really enjoyed making this mini marble maze puzzle; we made three different insert designs of our own, an easy one, a medium one and a harder one. We had a set of pieces from different types of wood and cardboard and we used a hot glue gun to stick them together to build a casing. It was quite challenging but we managed to build our designs. I really enjoyed the mini project.” – Lucia Lopez-Estevez
“I found the DT project fun and creative and thoroughly enjoyed the lessons. We started off by designing the maze, then we got out the hot glue gun and began the process of building the structure. We finally designed the top and created three different levels for the maze. This was an amazing DT project.” – Annabel Curry
“When we were making these puzzles, we had to hot glue all the pieces together to make the frame of it. Then, we had to design the little game maps to put inside. Once we had done that, we glued the walls inside the map to make a little maze, and then we had a go at the game. It was a very simple game to make but we all had a lot of fun making it.” – Daisy Gillespie
