The Southern Schools Invitational is played in foursomes format, and this year was won by Oscar Lent (Year 13) and Holly Justice (Year 11). Over a difficult and long course, their gross score of level par was a magnificent achievement.
This victory puts Epsom in the gratifying position of beating traditionally strong golfing schools such as Wellington, Harrow, Brighton, Cranleigh and Tonbridge. Other schools that took part in the tournament were Eastbourne, Trinity and Westminster.
Sophia Moores and Lucie Jones also played for the College and contributed a very impressive score.
