Epsom Students Selected for Surrey 2025 Cricket Academy

Sixth Form students Jack Martin (Upper Sixth), Ralphie Albert and Nathan Farmer (both Lower Sixth) have been selected for the Surrey Cricket Academy

Having honed their skills through the Talent Pathway for several years and represented Surrey across various age group levels, these talented players have now advanced into the final phase of the prestigious Surrey Academy. This selection reflects their potential to transition to professional cricket in the near future. Old Epsomian, Nat Sciver-Brunt, followed a similar pathway, ultimately achieving international honours.

The Surrey Academy, recognised as one of the country’s premier cricket development programmes, is dedicated to nurturing elite talent. Its comprehensive structure provides world-class coaching, top-tier training facilities, and robust support in strength and conditioning, sports science, physiotherapy, and sport psychology.

Director of Cricket, Damian Shirazi, said: “To have three boys at the Surrey Academy is a fine achievement. This reward is testament to the hard work they put in on a daily basis and the environment that Epsom is creating for talented players”.

Epsom College extends its congratulations to Jack, Ralphie, and Nathan and wishes them every success as they continue to pursue their cricketing ambitions.
