The 2025 Spring Extravaganza featured a wide range of performances, starting with the powerful Ex-Wives from Six the Musical and ending with a rousing performance of Bon Jovi’s Livin’ on a Prayer performed by the staff band. The evening included everything from soulful renditions such as Let It Go by James Bay and touching duets such as Grow Old With Me by Tom Odell. There were close harmonies to remember courtesy of the Boys’ Barbershop, the Girls’ Acapella and a bunch of aged wanna-be-rockers.
It was wonderful to see the College dance groups showcasing their talents once again, particularly the relatively newly-formed Lower School Dance Group who performed a brilliant boot-scootin’ routine to a Taylor Swift country classic. The Senior group then created an exciting and varied series of dances to the songs from The Greatest Showman: from the vibrant and energetic group performances, with Xander mesmerising as the Showman himself, to the beautifully poised ballet from Abi.
The variety of acts showcased the incredible talent and creativity of Epsom College’s pupils and staff, leaving the audience uplifted and inspired.
Many thanks to all the staff who supported the event, particularly Mr Bishop and the AV Team who ensured every single act looked and sounded immaculate. Thank you also to Charlie (Year 9) for taking such wonderful photos.
