College Athletics coach, Jacob Paul, is currently in training for the 400m Hurdles at the World Athletics Championships and the Tokyo Olympics in 2020.
Jacob said: “I am attending a training camp in Lloret de Mar, near Barcelona, where I’ll be for two and a half weeks to really focus on training and sharpening up before the main part of my outdoor athletics season. My next races will be in Oslo at the Clean Air Games on 4 June, and then Geneva at AtletiCAGenève on 15 June where I will be aiming to improve on my personal best of 49.49s.”
