Records tumbled in Girls’ Athletics as co-captain Adahna Ekoku (Rv), Grace Crompton (R) and Delphine Ayitey-Hammond (Rv) all broke age group school records in the past week.
The Brighton meet saw six school teams take part at the impressive Withdean Stadium: Brighton, Cranleigh, Wellington, Epsom, Hurstpierpoint and Worth.
Despite winning four age groups, Epsom narrowly missed out on the overall victory due to the dominance of the Brighton intermediate boys and girls team, who gained enough points to overhaul the combined Epsom score in the other age groups.
