On Tuesday evening Big School was packed to the rafters for the termly Lower School concert. It was an evening of exceptionally high-quality music making from the College’s youngest pupils, with a wide range of soloists across a number of styles. It was also an opportunity to hear the range of ensembles that have been established in the Lower School. The Lower School Concert Band opened the concert, and there were also performances from the Junior Blues group and Third and Lower Fourth form vocal groups.
The concert showcased the high level of musical talent in these year groups, and demonstrated the strong culture of engagement with music in the Lower School – the future of music at Epsom is certainly bright!
