This week saw the U14As progress to the fifth round of the National Cup with a stunning 25-10 win away at Whitgift. Two tries for Charlie Walker-Smith (P) and one each for Luc Springate (Fa), Will Speight (P) and Freddie Carty (Rn) secured an excellent win against strong opposition. The next match will take place early next term against Reigate Grammar School.
Rounding off a great week for Epsom rugby, OE Grace Crompton (R) secured a contract for the England 7s core national team squad.
The news came after the RFU confirmed the programme’s return to the World Series, in both the men’s and women’s competition, in Malaga (21-23 January).
