Epsom Netballers welcomed Jess Dale, who has played for Surrey Storm at NPL U19 and U21, and last year became part of the Superleague Squad. Prior to that, she was in the U17 England Academy.
Jess plays Goalkeeper and came in to work with our U15A, U16 and Senior circle defence. During the two hour session, the girls worked on dictating in the circle and creating and anticipating the intercept. The specialist session focused on body position and reactions.
