The Lower School recently held a competition to design Thank You postcards for use within the College. The winning postcard designs were produced by Annalise Dixon (3H), Issy Henderson (3H), Ellie Song (L4G) and Bella Hibbert (L4G) and were chosen from a variety of designs submitted by the pupils.
Lower School pupils have written postcards to teachers and support staff across the College to show their gratitude for all the assistance they receive, either on a daily basis, or in recognition of those times a member of staff has helped them with something particular.
A number of colleagues have also taken part in the initiative, taking a few moments out of their busy schedules to show their appreciation towards those they work with.
The giving and receiving of genuine thanks is proven to boost self-esteem and well-being.
Parents are warmly invited to purchase sets of the postcards to use as Thank You Notes. All profits from the sale of the postcards will go to support this year’s chosen College charities, which are The Children’s Trust and World Child Cancer.
If you would like to purchase a set of eight postcards (two of each design), for a price of £5, please email alexandra.wayne@epsomcollege.org.uk, stating how many packs you would like to purchase and whether you would like to collect the postcards from Main Reception, Lower School Reception, or receive them in the post (for an additional £1 charge).
If you choose to receive them by post, please also provide the UK based address you would like them sent to.
Your donation will be automatically charged to your termly College bill, or by request, instructions can be sent to pay via bank transfer.
