Epsom’s cricketers travelled to Repton at the start of the summer holidays to take part in the annual Repton School Cricket Festival; squaring up against Warwick School, St Peter’s York and the host school.
Epsom fielded a young team, who gained plenty of valuable experience. The boys took part in three competitive fixtures, the highlight of which being a victory over Warwick School.
Ben Garret (G) and Makeen Alikhan (Rn) each scored a half century; while Harry Jackson (P) was the second highest wicket-taker at the Festival.
