Pupils, parents and staff came together as Big School was transformed into a swing-era jazz club on Thursday evening. The highly experienced staff band of Mr Walker, Mr Osborn and Mrs Wilson accompanied solo performances by pupils ranging from Middle Fourth to Upper Sixth, and each set was rounded off by the College’s Jazz Ensemble and Big Band, allowing the pupils to showcase their improvisational skills.
This event, now in its second year, is proving to be a highly popular addition to the College music calendar. Details of the performers and setlists are below.
