Do we have to use your in-house catering?
Yes, our experienced and professional in-house catering team will provide the catering.
How long can I provisionally hold a date for?
We are happy to hold a date for two weeks so you don’t lose your preferred date while weighing up the options.
Will the site be exclusive to me?
The building you hire will be exclusive to you during your hire period but there may be other events on the College grounds, you should not be aware of anything else going on.
Is there enough parking for all our guests?
We have plentiful parking spaces and our car park easily accommodates Routemaster buses and coaches, should you wish to lay on transport for your guests.
What time will we have access to the building?
Access is from 10.00am on the morning of your wedding. Fridays and Saturdays 11.00pm bar close, 1130pm music ends and 12.00pm midnight finish.
Can we supply our own alcohol?
Yes, corkage is charged at £10.50 per bottle.
Are any decorations a no-no?
Helium balloons and any naked flames are not permitted in the College buildings. We always suggest that you inform your event manager of all your arrangements so that they can ensure there are no surprises.
