Applying to Sixth Form

All Applicants

• Applications must include a 1,000-word personal statement and end of Year 10 school report. Personal statements should include:

  • academic strengths
  • interests and achievements outside the classroom
  • reasons for choosing Epsom College
  • aspirations after A-levels

Registration Fee

• The registration fee is £200 for each UK applicant, and £300 for each overseas applicant, payable on submission of this form.

Academic Support

• A letter from your child’s school SENCO outlining your child’s learning support provision, current way of working and access arrangements.
• Reports or letters from your child’s educational psychologist and/or medical specialist.
• Your child’s EHCP, if relevant.
